BEI Genesis Science establishes a measurable, auditable, and operable framework that unifies

Behavior generates identity; identity extends behavior; the economy reflects behavioral value.

At a moment of civilizational transition—marked not by ideology but by relative resource constraints and geo-economic frictions—we submit a solution that neither invokes tariffs nor rivalry.
It is a civilization-grade operating framework that unifies Behavior → Identity → Value → Sovereignty into one verifiable, governable system: Behavioral-Economic Identity (BEI).

Article I — Origin and Foundation
Genesis (1999). Since 1999, BEI has prepared a unique, multi-system, honeycomb digital foundation for humanity by registering and maintaining a global domain-name network covering countries, industries, households and interest spaces. This network forms a civilization-wide digital substrate—a renewable platform of “virgin land” for every nation and sector.

Intellectual Base. On this substrate we established hundreds of core patents and thousands of standards and rights structures spanning finance, economy, identity, health, education, culture, governance, privacy and security—aligned to public-law and international norms.

First Principle. Behavior becomes Identity; Identity becomes Value. BEI formalizes this as a measurable science and an operational system.
